草酸盐湿式沉淀-煅烧分解法制备四氧化三钴及其表征

【摘要】:以氯化钴、草酸铵为原料,吐温80(Tween-80)为表面活性剂,通过湿式沉淀法合成氧化钴的前驱体,再通过热分解制备四氧化三钴。采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、热分析仪分析了钴氧化物前驱体和钴氧化物的形貌、晶体结构和热分解等特征。结果表明:以草酸盐为沉淀剂制得的钴氧化物前驱体为CoC_2O_4·2H_2O,前驱体于600℃煅烧4 h后可得到较纯的四氧化三钴粉末,并且基本保持了前驱体原来的形貌,仍为针(棒)状,粒子边缘变得光滑。
[Abstract]:Cobalt oxide precursor was synthesized by wet precipitation with cobalt chloride and ammonium oxalate as raw materials and Tween-80 (Tween-80) as surfactant. Cobalt tetroxide was prepared by thermal decomposition. The morphology, crystal structure and thermal decomposition of cobalt oxide precursor and cobalt oxide were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that the precursor of cobalt oxide prepared by oxalate as precipitant is CoC_2O_4 _ 2H _ 2O. After calcined at 600 鈩,
