2-D硫属化合物的合成、结构和性质研究

【摘要】:多元硫属化合物具有独特的结构和良好的光电性能而广泛应用于半导体及光伏材料领域。二维层状结构化合物具有独特的物理化学性质,近几年引起研究者们极大的关注。在这类化合物中引入功能性有机成分,可以丰富硫化物材料的结构,改善性能,使其显示出更多优异的特性。本课题是采用溶剂热方法,将具有良好光、电性能的有机分子片段引入无机化合物结构,形成二维有机-无机杂化硫属化合物,研究其组成、结构和光电响应等性能。一、绪论部分对硫属化合物的溶剂热合成进展做了简要回顾,简单描述硫属化合物的结构类型;并重点对近年来多元硫属化合物的合成、结构及性质进行简要概述;最后对二维硫属化合物进行较为详细的介绍。二、用溶剂热方法,以功能性金属邻菲罗啉配合物作为结构导向剂和电荷平衡剂,合成了具有独特二维结构的In-Sn-Q(Q=S,Se)三元主族元素硫属化合物[Fe(Phen)_3][(In/Sn)_4S_8]·0.5(Dah)·2H_2O(1),[Fe(Phen)_3][(In/Sn)_4Se8]·0.5(Dah)·2H_2O(2),[Co(Phen)_3][(In/Sn)_4Se_8]·0.5(Cha)·2H_2O(3)。化合物的阴离子骨架是一种In和Sn的固溶体硫属化合物,具有二维大孔洞的结构,[M(phen)_3]~(2+)作为电荷平衡剂嵌在阴离子层之间,其中,邻菲罗啉配合物部分穿插在大孔洞中,起到了孔洞结构的稳定化作用。由于阳离子的MLCT电荷转移,使得三种化合物在可见光区都具有特殊的光谱吸收带;且[M(phen)_3]~(2+)作为光敏化剂存在于化合物中,导致化合物具有较好的光电响应。三、用溶剂热方法,以共轭体系的苯胺(AN)作结构导向剂,合成一类新型的有机-无机杂化材料Zn S(AN)n.这种材料具有无机层与有机层交替二维结构,基本形式为Zn S-(AN)n-Zn S。这种材料的形貌主要为片状微晶,其成分、形貌及性质随反应时间的变化而变化,论文对此进行了充分的讨论。当反应时间较短,所得化合物为薄片状Zn S(AN)n时,化合物的光电响应最好。
[Abstract]:Polysulfide compounds have been widely used in semiconductor and photovoltaic materials due to their unique structure and good photoelectric properties. Due to their unique physical and chemical properties, two-dimensional layered compounds have attracted much attention in recent years. The introduction of functional organic components in this kind of compounds can enrich the structure of sulfide materials, improve their properties and make them show more excellent properties. In this paper, solvothermal method is used to introduce organic molecules with good optical and electrical properties into inorganic compounds to form two-dimensional organic-inorganic hybrid sulfur compounds. The composition, structure and photoelectric response of these compounds are studied. The main contents are as follows: 1. The introduction gives a brief review of the progress in the solvothermal synthesis of sulfur compounds, briefly describes the structural types of sulfur compounds, and focuses on the synthesis, structure and properties of polysulfide compounds in recent years.
