延长石油化工厂循环水水质稳定技术研究

【摘要】:本文研究了延长石油化工厂循环水水质稳定技术,主要目的是为了提高工业水的利用率,节约用水,节约企业设备维护费用。循环冷却水在使用之后,水中的Ca2+、Mg2+、Cl-等离子,溶解固体和悬浮物相应增加,空气中污染物如灰尘、杂物、可溶性气体以及换热器物料泄漏等,均可进入循环冷却水,使循环冷却水系统中的设备和管道腐蚀、结垢,造成换热器传热效率降低,过水断面减少,甚至使设备管道腐蚀穿孔。要解决循环冷却水系统中的这些问题,必须进行综合治理。采用水质稳定技术,用物理与化学处理相结合的办法控制和改善水质,使循环冷却水系统中的腐蚀、结垢、微生物污垢得到有效的解决,从而取得节水、节能的良好效益。论文通过水质分析、腐蚀速率测定、粘附速率的测定等,得到了针对延长石油化工厂循环水水质的处理药剂体系。结果表明,用WTS-306做清洗液主剂、WTS-709B做清洗缓蚀剂得到的清洗液对铁锈及垢的清洗能力强、清洗条件简单易行,清洗时的腐蚀速率可控制在≤2.89 g/m2.h;采用WTS-506,使用浓度为1.0%,使用条件为:pH9.0~10.0,采用一步法在短时间内就可完成钝化处理;采用缓蚀阻垢剂WGT-901进行处理后,可使锅炉水对碳钢腐蚀率降到0.0127 mm/a以下、粘附速率为1.12MCM,使蒸汽、冷凝水系统中的碳钢腐蚀速率控制在0.031mm/a以下。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the technology of water quality stabilization of circulating water in Yanchang Petrochemical Plant is studied. The main purpose is to improve the utilization rate of industrial water, save water and save the maintenance cost of enterprise equipment. After the circulating cooling water is used, the Ca2 Mg2 Cl-plasma, dissolved solids and suspended solids increase correspondingly, and pollutants in the air such as dust, sundries, soluble gases and heat exchanger materials leak into the circulating cooling water. The equipments and pipes in the circulating cooling water system are corroded and fouled, which results in the decrease of heat transfer efficiency of heat exchanger, the reduction of cross section and even the corrosion and perforation of equipment pipes. In order to solve these problems in circulating cooling water system, comprehensive treatment must be carried out. By using water quality stabilization technology and combining physical and chemical treatment to control and improve water quality, corrosion, scaling and microbial fouling in circulating cooling water system can be effectively solved, thus achieving good benefit of saving water and saving energy. Through the analysis of water quality, the determination of corrosion rate and the determination of adhesion rate, the treatment agent system for the water quality of circulating water in oil and chemical plant was obtained. The results showed that the cleaning solution obtained by using WTS-306 as the main cleaning agent and WTS-709B as cleaning inhibitor had strong cleaning ability to rust and scale, and the cleaning conditions were simple and practical.
