氧化铝微粉对高档日用瓷坯体的性能影响研究

【摘要】:实验以长石,高岭土,瓷石,石英,滑石等原料为基础,添加α-Al_2O_3制备日用瓷坯,探讨不同的α-Al_2O_3加入量以及不同的α-Al_2O_3颗粒粒径对坯体性能的影响,结果表明,当α-Al_2O_3的粒径为0.5μm,添加量为9wt.%时,变形较小,在1380℃可以制备出强度为112.8 MPa,烧成收缩为9.4%,吸水率为0.12%的高档日用瓷坯体。
[Abstract]:Based on the raw materials of feldspar, kaolin, porcelain stone, quartz, talc and so on, the daily porcelain billet was prepared by adding 伪 -Al2O3. The effects of different 伪 -Al2O3 addition amount and different 伪 -Al2O3 particle size on the properties of the billet were discussed. When the particle size of 伪 -Al2O3 is 0.5 渭 m and the addition amount is 9wt.%, the deformation is relatively small. The high-grade daily porcelain billets with strength of 112.8 MPA, sintering shrinkage of 9.4% and water absorption of 0.12% can be prepared at 1380 鈩,
