PEG抑制碱性锌锰电池析气的研究

【摘要】:采用聚乙二醇(PEG)2000作为负极添加剂,试图解决碱性锌锰电池析气导致的漏液问题。通过放电、储存、交流阻抗谱和析气等实验,发现在锌膏中添加0.050%的PEG2000,能将LR6电池的3.9Ω连放时间延长至850 min。PEG2000可将电池内部析气量减少38.2%。在室温及60℃条件下,锌块腐蚀率分别降低38.7%和37.7%。LR6电池高温高湿(60℃、70%)存储7 d,漏液得到抑制。
[Abstract]:Polyethylene glycol ( PEG ) 2000 was used as the negative additive to try to solve the problem of leakage caused by the gas evolution of alkaline Zn - Mn battery . Through discharge , storage , AC impedance spectroscopy and gas analysis , it was found that the addition of 0.050 % PEG2000 to the zinc paste could prolong the 3.9 惟 connection time of LR6 battery to 850 min . The corrosion rate of zinc block decreased by 38.7 % and 37.7 % respectively at room temperature and 60 鈩,
