干燥盘结构优化及冲压变形研究

【摘要】:盘式连续干燥器是一种新型传导式密闭干燥设备,其核心部件干燥盘容易出现应力集中和冲压变形大的问题。为此,本文从结构形式优化、冲压顺序优化、冲压模具及冲压工装改进入手,以期降低其变形量。首先采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对干燥盘现有结构形式进行计算,找出其存在的问题;继而提出了一种冲孔按圆周排列的新型干燥盘结构,有限元分析结果表明其能承受高水压,同时在干燥盘边缘处避免了应力集中。然后针对干燥盘冲孔板冲压时冲压变形过大的问题,利用DEFORM-3D变形仿真软件对冲孔板进行了冲压顺序的优化,分区域对称冲压模拟结果与实测结果较为吻合。其次,为了降低干燥盘冲孔板单个冲孔的变形量,对现有复合冲压模具进行了改进,采用聚氨酯橡胶作为夹具材料,冲孔板冲压变形量由134 mm降低到85 mm,变形量降低了30%以上。最后,为解决干燥盘冲孔板冲压过程中缺少约束造成冲压变形增大的问题,采取上下紧固装置对冲孔板进行约束,增加冲孔板整体刚度,实际变形量比现有工装减少10 mm。
[Abstract]:Disc continuous drier is a new type of conductive airtight drying equipment. The core part of the drier is prone to the problems of stress concentration and large stamping deformation. Therefore, this paper starts with structural optimization, stamping sequence optimization, stamping die and stamping tooling improvement in order to reduce its deformation. In this paper, the existing structure of drying disk is calculated by using ANSYS finite element analysis software, and the existing problems are found, then a new type of drying disk structure with punching holes arranged around the circle is put forward. The finite element analysis results show that the structure can withstand high water pressure. At the same time, stress concentration is avoided at the edge of the dry disk. Then, aiming at the problem that the stamping deformation of punching plate is too large, the stamping sequence of punching plate is optimized by using DEFORM-3D deformation simulation software, and the simulation results of symmetrical stamping in different regions are in good agreement with the measured results. Secondly, in order to reduce the deformation of single punching plate, the existing compound punching die is improved. The punching deformation of punching plate is reduced from 134 mm to 85 mm by using polyurethane rubber as the fixture material, and the deformation of punching plate is reduced by more than 30%. Finally, in order to solve the problem that the deformation of punching plate is increased due to the lack of restriction during the punching process, the upper and lower fastening device is adopted to restrain the punching plate, and the overall stiffness of punching plate is increased, and the actual deformation is reduced by 10 mm. compared with the existing tooling.
