用于水处理填料的超轻粉煤灰陶粒的研制

【摘要】:以粉煤灰和粘土作为原料制备可用于水处理填料的超轻粉煤灰陶粒。首先对原料组分进行化学组分分析(XRF)和热分析(DSC/TGA);其次对原料进行配比烧制试验、单因素实验,确定了原料配比和工艺流程;再次,由L_9(3~4)正交试验,得到应用于水处理填料的超轻粉煤灰陶粒的最佳工艺流程;最后对烧制的粉煤灰陶粒进行矿物组成分析(XRD)和微观结构分析(SEM),观察陶粒的微观结构。结果表明,以30%粉煤灰∶60%粘土∶2%发泡剂∶5%秸秆粉为原料配比比例,在600℃下预热20 min,1240℃下烧结30 min的烧结工艺下所制备的粉煤灰陶粒具有密度接近于水(1.10 g/m L),表面有显著气孔,内部孔隙发达,适宜微生物的附着和生长的特性。
[Abstract]:Fly ash and clay were used as raw materials to prepare ultralight fly ash ceramsite which can be used as water treatment filler. First, chemical component analysis (XRF) and thermal analysis (DSC / TGAA) were carried out for raw material components; secondly, raw material ratio and technological process were determined by ratio sintering test, single factor experiment; again, orthogonal test was carried out by L9T 3X). The optimum technological process of ultra-light fly ash ceramsite used in water treatment filler was obtained. Finally, the mineral composition of fired fly ash ceramsite was analyzed by XRD) and microstructure analysis was carried out to observe the microstructure of ceramsite.
