粉煤灰制备硅酸钙粉体及其性能表征

【摘要】:研究了采用加碱浸出—混合氧化钙的方法从粉煤灰中制备硅酸钙粉体。考察了浸出温度、浸出时间、碱液浓度、液固比对硅铝浸出率的影响,实验结果表明在浸出温度为90℃、浸出时间为5 h、碱液质量分数为40%、液固质量比为10的条件下硅铝的浸出效果最佳。同时考察了制备硅酸钙的影响因素,实验结果表明在反应温度为90℃、反应时间为2.5 h、搅拌转速为30 r/s条件下可制得较纯的硅酸钙制品。对制备的硅酸钙粉体进行了表征。
