腐植酸的改性及其在水处理中的应用研究

【摘要】:由于水资源日趋紧张所导致的工况条件的恶化给阻垢剂的发展带来了新的挑战。随着人类对环境重视程度的提高、水资源的保护和节约力度的加大,以及环保法规的日益严格,绿色环保、高效的阻垢剂是未来水处理剂的发展趋势。本文基于上述思路,合成了两种新型阻垢剂PHA/MAA和PHA-ECDH。对各产品的主要官能团分别进行了红外波谱表征;并以阻垢性能为考察指标,利用单因素实验对其室内合成条件进行了优化。腐植酸作为一种天然、绿色、价格低廉的活性原料,一直是国内外学者研究的热点。本论文针对腐植酸分子特有的结构,利用酚化改性手段,制备了酚化腐植酸钾(PHA)。最佳制备条件:腐植酸钾:苯酚(质量比)=4:1,反应温度100℃,反应时间2h,反应p H为9.5~11,其羟基值最大为3.375mmol.g-1。通过溶液聚合的方式,利用PHA和甲基丙烯酸(MAA)反应,过硫酸铵为引发剂,水为溶剂,制备酚化腐植酸-甲基丙烯酸共聚物(PHA-MAA)。最佳制备条件:单体中和度(甲基丙烯酸)为85%,PHA:MAA(质量比)=1:1.5,反应时间4h,反应温度75℃,引发剂(过硫酸铵)用质量浓度为10%,共聚物的阻垢性能最佳。在碱性条件下,利用PHA和两性甜菜碱中间体2,3-环氧丙基二甲铵基乙酸盐(ECDH)进行醚化反应,制备两性酚化腐植酸(PHA-ECDH)。最佳制备条件:PHA:ECDH(质量比)=1:2,反应温度为85℃,反应时间6h,反应p H为8,溶剂为水,其阻垢性能最佳。
[Abstract]:The deterioration of working conditions caused by the increasing shortage of water resources brings new challenges to the development of scale inhibitors. With the increase of human attention to the environment, the increase of water resources protection and conservation, and the increasingly strict environmental protection laws, green environmental protection, efficient scale inhibitor is the development trend of water treatment agents in the future. Based on the above ideas, two novel scale inhibitors, PHA/MAA and PHA-ECDH, were synthesized. The main functional groups of each product were characterized by IR spectrum, and the laboratory synthesis conditions were optimized by single factor experiment with the scale inhibition performance as the index. As a kind of natural, green and cheap active raw material, humic acid has been a hot spot of domestic and foreign scholars. In this paper, based on the unique structure of humic acid molecules, the phenolic potassium humate PHAA was prepared by phenolic modification.
