棒状丝光沸石负载CoB催化剂的制备及其应用

【摘要】:基于化学浸渍与原位化学还原相结合的方法制备了一系列CoB/棒状丝光沸石负载型非晶态合金催化剂,并系统考察了该催化剂在硼氢化钠水解制氢中的催化活性。通过X射线衍射和扫描电镜对其晶相结构和表面形貌进行了表征。硼氢化钠水解制氢实验表明,CoB活性组分负载量为5%的CoB/丝光沸石催化剂催化效果相对最好,过高的负载量不利于催化剂活性的提高。通过丝光沸石负载可显著提高CoB合金催化剂的催化活性,反应动力学计算显示基于该催化剂的硼氢化钠水解制氢反应为零级反应,其表观反应活化能Ea为53.18kJ/mol,远低于纯CoB的活化能(73.37kJ/mol)。
[Abstract]:A series of amorphous alloy catalysts supported on CoB/ rod-like mordenite were prepared based on the combination of chemical impregnation and in situ chemical reduction. The catalytic activity of the catalyst in hydrolysis of sodium borohydride to produce hydrogen was systematically investigated. The crystal structure and surface morphology were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The experiments of hydrolysis of sodium borohydride to produce hydrogen show that the catalyst supported on 5% active component of CoB/ mordenite has the best catalytic effect, and too much loading is not conducive to the improvement of catalyst activity. The catalytic activity of CoB alloy catalyst can be significantly improved by supporting mordenite. The kinetic calculation of the reaction shows that the hydrolysis of sodium borohydride to produce hydrogen based on the catalyst is a zero order reaction. The apparent activation energy (EA) is 53.18kJ / mol, which is much lower than that of pure CoB (73.37kJ / mol / mol).
