疏水性陶瓷复合膜的制备与油水分离性能研究

【摘要】:采用聚四氟乙烯粉末与氧化铝平板陶瓷膜进行高温烧结改性的方式,制备了有较高疏水性的陶瓷复合膜。通过扫描电镜、能谱仪、红外光谱及静态接触角测量仪研究了复合膜的表面形貌和化学结构。结果表明,制备的疏水性陶瓷复合膜在油中的疏水性能变化不大,能够较好的应用于油水分离。增大操作压力、料液温度或降低水含量都可以增加膜的渗透通量。当操作压力为0.1 MPa、混合液温度为25℃,水的质量分数为3%时,制备的疏水性陶瓷复合膜的渗透初始通量为12 L/(m~2·h),截留率可达98.75%。
[Abstract]:Ceramic composite membranes with high hydrophobicity were prepared by high temperature sintering modification of PTFE powder and alumina flat ceramic membrane. The surface morphology and chemical structure of the composite film were studied by scanning electron microscope, energy spectrometer, infrared spectrum and static contact angle measuring instrument. The results showed that the hydrophobicity of the hydrophobic ceramic composite membrane in oil had little change and could be applied to oil / water separation. The permeation flux of the membrane can be increased by increasing the operating pressure, increasing the feed temperature or reducing the water content.
