宜兴紫砂陶的数字化研究

【摘要】：宜兴紫砂陶是融实用与艺术为一体的典范,享有"世间茶具堪为首"的美誉。宜兴紫砂陶长久以来备受青睐,是因为满足了人们使用与审美的二元需求。在紫砂陶的设计中蕴含着丰富的造物文化。因紫砂陶为无釉陶,因此主要通过造型来体现艺术魅力。数字化技术近年来得到飞速发展,并因其可以长久储存和便于研究等优点被国内外运用到多个项目中。本课题运用先进的三维数字化扫描手段,对紫砂陶的造型进行了采集,并在此基础上结合文献资料对得到的数字化模型的造型形态进行了精确的研究,试图总结出有效的结论,揭示宜兴紫砂陶造型的设计规律和内在和谐,能够为紫砂陶设计甚至是其他产品设计的研究和实践起到积极的指导意义。论文第一章阐述了研究背景,研究意义,研究内容与研究方法,应用前景,课题的创新点。第二章对宜兴紫砂陶做了基本的介绍,是课题顺利开展的知识储备,为课题的进行打下必要的基础。第三章介绍了数字化采集所用的仪器及工作原理,记录了数字化采集的过程,并提出适用于宜兴紫砂陶的数字化保护方法。第四章将采集到的曼生壶数字化模型进行了渲染软件内的展示和利用KeyshotVR技术的展示,并提出其他可进一步研究的适用于宜兴紫砂陶的数字化保护与展示方式。第五章分别从整体构造和各构件造型特征对采集到的曼生壶数字化模型进行了分类和数值特征的研究分析,并总结了紫砂陶造型设计的法则。第六章在前面的研究基础上进行了设计实践,根据前面研究得到的数据进行了紫砂陶的造型设计。
[Abstract]:Yixing Zisha pottery is a model of integration of practicality and art, enjoying the reputation of "the world tea set is the first". Yixing Zisha pottery has been popular for a long time because it meets the dual needs of people's use and aesthetics. The design of purple sand pottery contains rich culture of creation. Because purple sand pottery is glazed pottery, so mainly through modeling to reflect artistic charm. Digital technology has been developed rapidly in recent years, and has been used in many projects at home and abroad because of its advantages of long-term storage and ease of research. In this paper, the advanced 3D digital scanning method is used to collect the modeling of purple sand pottery, and on the basis of this, the modeling form of the digital model is studied accurately, and the effective conclusion is summarized. Revealing the design law and internal harmony of Yixing purple sand pottery can play a positive guiding role in the research and practice of purple sand pottery design and even other product design. The first chapter describes the research background, research significance, research content and research methods, application prospects, the innovation of the subject. The second chapter makes a basic introduction to Yixing purple sand pottery, which is the knowledge reserve of the project, and lays the necessary foundation for the subject. The third chapter introduces the instrument and working principle of digital acquisition, records the process of digital acquisition, and puts forward a digital protection method suitable for Yixing purple sand pottery. In the fourth chapter, the collected digital model of Mansheng pot is displayed in the rendering software and the display of KeyshotVR technology, and other digital protection and display methods suitable for Yixing purple pottery are put forward. In the fifth chapter, the collected digital model of Mansheng pot is classified and analyzed from the whole structure and the modeling features of each component, and the rules of modeling design of purple sand pottery are summarized. The sixth chapter carries on the design practice on the basis of the previous research, and carries on the modeling design of the purple sand pottery according to the data obtained from the previous research.
