高铁钛高岭土的煅烧及产物微观结构特征

【摘要】:采用正交试验方法研究了煅烧温度、煅烧时间、冷却方式、高岭土品质对偏高岭土火山灰活性的影响,并用功效系数法对其制备工艺参数进行优选。结果表明:影响高铁钛偏高岭土煅烧活性的因素由大到小顺序为煅烧时间、煅烧温度、高岭土品质、冷却方式。综合考虑经济效益、资源化利用及节能减排,最佳制备工艺参数为:煅烧温度850℃,煅烧时间2 h,空气中自然冷却。利用XRD和SEM对偏高岭土的活化机理进行分析,结果表明,偏高岭土可以改善水泥浆体孔结构,提高水泥浆体组织结构的均匀性与致密性。
[Abstract]:The effects of calcination temperature, calcination time, cooling mode and kaolin quality on the pozzolanic activity of metakaolin were studied by orthogonal test. The results show that the calcination time, calcination temperature, kaolin quality and cooling mode are the main factors affecting the calcination activity of ferric titanium metakaolin.
