多颜色马赛克自动铺贴及涂胶机的研发

【摘要】:近年来,我国马赛克行业发展较快,马赛克的国内市场在逐步拓展和壮大,越来越多的住宅、商业项目开始使用到马赛克。在马赛克自动铺贴方面,已有很多学者对此进行研究,但是只有少数厂家生产出单色马赛克自动铺贴机,还有一些厂家通过香港进口国外二手马赛克自动铺贴机,多颜色马赛克自动铺贴机目前国内还没有。此外,自动涂胶机在国内也没有相关研究成果,只能从国外进口,价格非常昂贵。基于目前国内的马赛克铺贴不能满足市场需求这一现状,特别是针对多颜色马赛克的全自动铺贴设备,国内还未见相关报道。本文以多颜色马赛克的铺贴与上胶为研究对象,重点设计智能化控制的自动铺贴及供给胎模自动上胶装备,为多颜色马赛克的铺贴及上胶开辟一条新的道路。研究的主要工作如下:(1)确定了马赛克自动铺贴及自动上胶装备的方案。以小组讨论为主要展开方式,将整个设备分为四大大模块:供料、输送、铺贴、涂胶,构建了一整套设备的方案雏形。(2)确定方案以后,对构建的方案雏形进行三维建模设计。利用proe进行三维模型的建立。模型建立后针对各个功能单元,分别设计了利用振动给料器的振动理论负责马赛克的颗粒,设计了输送轨道输送颗粒,设计了冲压装置使马赛克铺贴入胎模。在自动涂胶方面,铺贴完成后利用冲裁装置进行裁剪、涂胶,保证了各单元功能的实现。颜色识别方面采用89C51和TCS230设计一个颜色识别模块,能够实现三种颜色马赛克颗粒的识别。(3)针对振动给料器振动输送马赛克颗粒单元,采用ANSYS动、静态仿真软件对振动给料器给料装置进行了动态分析,确保设备供料阶段顺利运行。振动给料器模型采用proe进行建模,通过ANSYS的接口程序导入模型进行模态分析,得到振动给料器的前10阶固有频率,确立了振动给料器的共振工作状态。然后通过ANSYS分析软件得到振动给料器的应力分布图,利用该应力分布图验证是否对振动给料器零件起到破坏作用,是否对马赛克颗粒起到破坏或者使马赛克颗粒达到翻转的效果。针对输送轨道设计时确立各个参数,达到最佳输送效果,将利用proe建立的三维装配模型导入到ADAMS中,建立相应的运动约束关系,得到仿真模型。利用ADAMS中的vibration模块,对马赛克输送通道进行模拟实验以及动态仿真,得到了相关条件下的马赛克速度、位移、加速度、等试验数据,提供了一种有效且高效的输送模拟动画,缩短了设计周期。(4)本文设计的马赛克自动铺贴及上胶系统采用PLC与C语言编程共同完成控制,采用的是三菱FX2N系列的PLC。本文分别从马赛克自动铺贴控制系统的构成及工作原理,系统PLC配置方案,PLC软件设计,PLC软件的调试仿真和马赛克自动铺贴硬件选取等方面,详细的阐述了PLC在马赛克自动铺贴控制系统中的应用,形成了以PLC为控制系统的完整的马赛克自动铺贴及上胶模型,使马赛克自动铺贴在更精确、更可靠、更快速的控制平台上运行。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the mosaic industry in China has developed rapidly, and the domestic market of mosaic is expanding and expanding gradually. More and more houses and commercial projects have been used to mosaic. Many scholars have studied the mosaic of mosaic, but only a few factories produce monochromatic mosaic automatic paving machines and some factories. By importing foreign second-hand mosaic automatic paving machines through Hongkong, the multi color mosaic automatic paving machine is not yet available at home. In addition, the automatic glue machine has no relevant research results at home. It can only be imported from abroad, and the price is very expensive. Based on the current domestic mosaic paving, it can not meet the demand of the market, especially the needle. The automatic paving equipment for multi color mosaic has not been reported in China. This paper focuses on the research object of the paving and gluing of multi color mosaic. This paper focuses on the design of automatic paving with intelligent control and automatic adhesive equipment for the supply of fetal mould, which opens a new road for the paving and gluing of multi color mosaic. Below: (1) determine the scheme of mosaic auto paving and auto sizing equipment. With group discussion as the main way, the whole equipment is divided into four big modules: feeding, transporting, paving, glue and building a complete set of equipment plan prototype. (2) after determining the scheme, three-dimensional modeling design of the proposed scheme is carried out by using proe The model is established. After the model is established, the particles of the mosaic are designed for the vibration theory of the vibration feeder. The conveying particles are designed. The stamping device is designed to put the mosaic into the tire mold. In the automatic glue coating, the blanking device is cut, coated and guaranteed. In the aspect of color recognition, a color recognition module is designed with 89C51 and TCS230 to realize the recognition of three kinds of color mosaic particles. (3) the dynamic analysis of the feeding device of a vibrating feeder is carried out by the dynamic analysis of the static simulation software, using the ANSYS motion and the static simulation software. The feeding stage of the equipment is running smoothly. The model of vibration feeder is modeled by PROE, and modal analysis is carried out through the interface program of ANSYS. The first 10 natural frequencies of the vibrating feeder are obtained, and the resonant working state of the vibrating feeder is established. Then the stress distribution map of the vibrating feeder is obtained by ANSYS analysis, and the use of the stress distribution diagram of the vibrating feeder is obtained. The stress distribution diagram is used to verify whether the vibration feeder parts are destroyed or whether the mosaic particles are destroyed or the mosaic particles are turned over. According to the design of the conveyer track, each parameter is established to achieve the best delivery effect. The three-dimensional assembly model established by proe is introduced into the ADAMS to establish the corresponding model. The simulation model of the movement constraint relationship is obtained. Using the vibration module in ADAMS, the simulation experiment and dynamic simulation of the mosaic transmission channel are carried out, and the test data of the mosaic speed, displacement, acceleration and so on are obtained under the related conditions, which provides an effective and efficient conveying simulation animation and shortens the design cycle. (4) this paper is designed. The automatic paving and gluing system of mosaic uses PLC and C language programming to complete the control. It uses the composition and working principle of the MITSUBISHI FX2N series PLC. from the mosaic automatic paving control system, the system PLC configuration, the PLC software design, the debugging simulation of the PLC software and the hardware selection of the mosaic auto paving. The application of PLC in mosaic automatic paving control system is described in detail, and a complete mosaic and gluing model of mosaic is formed with PLC as the control system, so that the mosaic is automatically put on a more accurate, more reliable and faster control platform.
