分壁精馏塔分离四元醇体系的稳态研究

【摘要】:Kaibel分壁精馏塔(KDWC)和强化Petlyuk分壁精馏塔(PDWC)可在一个塔内实现四元体系混合物(MEPB)的高效分离。以分离甲醇(M)、乙醇(E)、正丙醇(P)和正丁醇(B)为研究对象,建立并优化了KDWC和PDWC塔的严格稳态精馏模型。结果表明,与常规正序三塔序列分离过程相比,KDWC可减小再沸器负荷36.46%,PDWC可减小再沸器负荷45.95%。在KDWC预分馏段内需实现ME/PB的清晰分割,主塔上、下段分别需要实现M/E和P/B的清晰分割;在PDWC预分馏段内仅需实现M/B的清晰分割,中间塔的上、下段分别需要实现M/P和E/B的清晰分割,M/E和P/B的清晰分割由主塔上、下段完成。KDWC和PDWC主塔内各组分均不存在返混,但在2个分壁精馏塔的预分馏段和PDWC的中间段存在中间组分的返混现象。
[Abstract]:Kaibel fractionation column (KDWC) and enhanced Petlyuk fractionator (Petlyuk) can achieve the high efficiency separation of quaternary system mixture in a single column. The strict steady-state distillation model of KDWC and PDWC column was established and optimized by using the separation of methanol, ethanolamine, n-propanol (n-propanol) and n-butanol (B) as the object of study. The results show that KDWC can reduce the reboiler load by 36.46 and PDWC can reduce the reboiler load by 45.95 compared with the normal sequence separation process. In the KDWC pre-fractionation section, the clear division of ME/PB is needed, and in the main tower, the lower section needs to realize the clear division of M / E and P / B, respectively; in the PDWC pre-fractionation section, only the clear division of M / B is needed, and the upper part of the middle column is needed. The lower segment needs to realize the clear segmentation of M / P and E / B respectively. The clear division of M / P and P / B is from the main tower, and there is no backmixing in each component in the lower section of the completed. KDWC and PDWC main tower. However, in the prefractionation section and the middle part of PDWC in the two fractionated fractionators, there is a backmixing phenomenon of the intermediate components.
