葡萄糖改性聚羧酸减水剂的合成与性能

【摘要】:以葡萄糖(G)作为原料,在冰水浴的条件和丙烯酰氯进行酰氯化反应得到丙烯酸葡萄糖酯(AGE)。通过自由基共聚法将甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG-2400)、丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酸葡萄糖酯聚合得到改性的聚羧酸减水剂,讨论了不同条件对聚羧酸减水剂性能的影响。通过红外谱图(FTIR)等手段对丙烯酸葡萄糖酯和共聚物进行了表征。实验中获得的最佳条件是:反应温度为60℃,反应时间为3.5h,甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚、丙烯酸和丙烯酸葡萄糖酯的摩尔比是1∶3∶0.5。通过净浆流动度实验表明,改性后的聚羧酸减水剂在1h以内可以保持流动度为280mm不变,同时对比了未改性的聚羧酸减水剂和只加入葡萄糖单体的聚羧酸减水剂,结果表明改性后的聚羧酸减水剂在分散和保持性能方面有了很大提高。
[Abstract]:Glucose acrylate (AGEN) was obtained by acylation reaction of acylonyl chloride with acyl chloride under the condition of ice bath. The modified polycarboxylic acid water reducer was prepared by polymerization of methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether (TPEG-2400) and glucose acrylate by free radical copolymerization. The effects of different conditions on the properties of polycarboxylic acid water reducer were discussed. Glucose acrylate and copolymer were characterized by FTIR.
