基于Android的易制毒化学品移动监督管理信息系统

【摘要】:现有的易制毒化学品监督管理信息系统采用B/S架构,实现了对易制毒化学品的网络化管理,极大提高了易制毒化学品行业的企业申请和公安审批业务的协同办公效率。但由于系统运行平台的局限性,很难实现对易制毒化学品的实时监管,因此需要建立一套全方位实时监管易制毒化学品的移动监管信息系统。随着便携式手机和i Pad等移动终端的出现,Android、IOS、Windows CE等操作系统占据了较大市场份额。本系统采用Android系统作为客户端开发平台,采用Zxing二维码扫描技术和内外网交换技术实现易制毒化学品申请和审批业务的查询和办理,最终实现基于移动设备的易制毒化学品实时监管。本论文针对现有系统不能对易制毒化学品进行随时随地监管的问题,提出了基于移动设备的监管信息系统的解决方案。经过对基于Android+J2EE的易制毒化学品移动监督管理系统的分析与设计,实现了对易制毒化学品证件的实时查询和审批。系统经全面测试,最终在多个省份的公安禁毒部门上线使用,实现了全方位的监管并提高了公安监管效率。论文完成主要工作如下:1.融合Android平台与J2EE平台实现易制毒化学品移动监管系统。客户端采用Android操作系统,适用用户为公安部门易制毒化学品监督管理人员,系统主要为用户提供易制毒化学品相关信息的查询、显示和易制毒化学品购买、运输证件的审批业务的办理。服务器端采用面向对象的J2EE平台,使用Spring+Hibernate+Struts企业框架,按照MVC设计模式,实现查询或审批易制毒化学品证件的业务逻辑处理及系统对数据库的操作。2.Android手机端与现有的Web端监管系统界面风格一致,将Android组件和资源信息的引用与XML布局文件和HTML布局文件结合来展示界面。3.本系统根据自身特点和安全性要求,采用账户密码与绑定IMSI号双重验证的身份认证技术,并以二维码Zxing技术为基础,设计出适用于本系统的二维码识别功能。4.使用内外网交换技术保证公安内网和外网之间数据的安全性和准确性,灵活运用Android Web View组件、Achart Engine图标库以及Async Task异步类实现系统信息异步处理和界面多样性的呈现。
[Abstract]:The existing supervision and management information system for precursor chemicals adopts the B / S architecture, which realizes the networked management of precursor chemicals, and greatly improves the cooperative office efficiency of enterprises applying for and public security examination and approval of precursor chemicals. However, due to the limitation of the system operating platform, it is difficult to realize the real-time supervision of precursor chemicals. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a mobile regulatory information system for real-time supervision of precursor chemicals. With the advent of portable phones and mobile terminals such as I Pad, operating systems such as Android OS Windows CE have taken a larger share of the market. In this system, Android system is used as the client development platform, Zxing two-dimension code scanning technology and internal and external network exchange technology are used to realize the inquiry and processing of the application and approval business of the chemicals. Finally, the real-time supervision of precursor chemicals based on mobile devices is realized. In order to solve the problem that the existing system can not supervise the precursor chemicals at any time and anywhere, this paper puts forward the solution of the supervision information system based on mobile devices. Through the analysis and design of the mobile supervision and management system of precursor chemicals based on Android J2EE, the real-time inquiry and approval of the documents of precursor chemicals are realized. After comprehensive test, the system was finally put into use in many provinces, which realized the omni-directional supervision and improved the efficiency of public security supervision. The main work of the thesis is as follows: 1: 1. Combine Android platform and J2EE platform to realize the mobile supervision system of easily manufactured chemicals. The client adopts the Android operating system, which is suitable for the supervision and management of the precursor chemicals in the public security department. The system mainly provides the users with the inquiry, display and purchase of the related information about the precursor chemicals. To handle the examination and approval of transportation documents. The server adopts the object-oriented J2EE platform, uses the Spring Hibernate Struts enterprise framework, according to the MVC design pattern, To realize the business logic processing of querying or approving chemical documents for easy to make poison and the operation of database by the system. 2. The interface style of the Android mobile phone and the existing Web supervision system is the same. Combine references to Android component and resource information with XML layout files and HTML layout files to display interface. 3. 3. According to its own characteristics and security requirements, the system adopts the dual authentication technology of account password and binding IMSI number, and based on the Zxing technology, designs the two-dimension code recognition function .4. The internal and external network exchange technology is used to ensure the security and accuracy of the data between the public security intranet and the external network, and the Android Web View component, the Achart Engine icon library and the Async Task asynchronous class are used to realize the asynchronous processing of the system information and the presentation of the diversity of the interface.
