【摘要】:采用气固反应法制备了阿利特-硫铝酸盐体系水泥熟料。利用X线衍射仪(XRD)、水化量热仪、压汞法(MIP)等技术分析了SO_2气体流量和煅烧温度对水泥熟料矿物组成的影响,以及该体系的水化性能和浆体结构。结果表明:硅酸盐水泥熟料中可引入3CaO·3Al_2O_3·CaSO_4(C_4A_3$)矿物,实现3CaO·SiO_2(C_3S)和C_4A_3$的共存。在SO_2流量为40 mL/min、温度为1 250℃条件下处理硅酸盐水泥熟料30 min可制备C_3S含量52.61%和C_4A_3$含量2.13%共存的阿利特-硫铝酸盐体系水泥熟料。阿利特-硫铝酸盐体系水泥由于C_4A_3$的存在,凝结时间和水化诱导期较硅酸盐水泥短,早期的孔隙率和早期强度均优于硅酸盐水泥。
[Abstract]:Alite-sulphoaluminate cement clinker was prepared by gas-solid reaction. The effects of SO_2 gas flow rate and calcination temperature on the mineral composition of cement clinker were analyzed by means of X-ray diffractometer, hydration calorimeter and mercury injection calorimeter. The hydration properties and slurry structure of the system were also analyzed.
