夹套式MVR热泵蒸发系统设计及性能研究

【摘要】:MVR(Mechanical Vapor Recompression)热泵技术是当前蒸发过程最高效环保的节能技术。为尽可能接近蒸发系统的实际效果,尽快将由单螺杆水蒸汽压缩机驱动的夹套式MVR热泵蒸发系统应用于工业生产,同时为某化工企业后续的大规模节能改造奠定一定的实验基础,为此设计、制造、装配了该套系统,并对其展开了工业化应用研究。通过对系统的理论分析、设备设计与分析、运行实验及综合性能分析、节能经济性分析及示范应用等相关研究,得到如下结论:(1)温差最高已达到26.54℃,压缩比最高已达到2.43,蒸发量最高已达到316.56kg/h,传热系数最高已达到1257.8W·m-2·℃-1,COP最高已达到9.73,SMER最高已达到15.84kg·kw-1·h-1,绝热效率最高已达到0.74,容积效率最高已达到0.81,均表明新近研发的单螺杆水蒸汽压缩机具有优异的性能;(2)单螺杆压缩机在频率50 Hz下运转时的系统性能大大优于低频率运转,且还不需要补热,系统应尽量维持在高频率下运转以适应不同工作负载的需求;(3)单台蒸发釜在频率50Hz下运转时,系统在蒸发压力为65~85 kPa之间运行较为合适,在此范围内COP、SMER、绝热效率和容积效率均具有最大值,说明此时系统存在最佳运行工况,在该工况下运行最节能;(4)系统各性能评价指标均受压缩机运行频率、蒸发压力(即蒸发温度)以及换热面积的影响;(5)两台蒸发釜同时运行优于单台蒸发釜运行,持续进料工况优于间歇进料工况;(6)系统最大蒸发量大于250 kg/h,系统运行成本节能经济性效益最高已达80%,完全满足研究项目中对系统设备提出的硬性指标,同时表明其能够应用于实际工业蒸发过程。
[Abstract]:MVR(Mechanical Vapor Recompression heat pump technology is the most efficient and environmentally friendly energy saving technology in the evaporation process. In order to be as close as possible to the actual effect of the evaporation system, the clamped MVR heat pump evaporation system driven by a single screw steam compressor is applied to industrial production as soon as possible. At the same time, it lays a certain experimental foundation for the large-scale energy-saving reconstruction of a chemical enterprise. For this purpose, the system is designed, manufactured and assembled, and the industrial application research is carried out. Through theoretical analysis, equipment design and analysis, operation experiment and comprehensive performance analysis, energy-saving economy analysis and demonstration application, it is concluded that the highest temperature difference has reached 26.54 鈩,
