氟化石墨的加工技术及其应用新进展

【摘要】:氟化石墨是一种石墨层间化合物,主要以石墨和含氟物质为原料反应合成。随着科技的发展,由于其具有表面能低、电活性高、润滑性好、憎水憎油性强及独特的结构特性等特点,被越来越多的应用到电池的活性材料、复合材料、吸音材料、防吸附材料、石墨烯和氟化石墨烯材料等领域。同时,在氟化石墨的合成设备、反应条件及原料性质等方面的研究也有了较大的进步,对高效、环保、安全的氟化石墨生产工艺的完善起到重要作用。
[Abstract]:Graphite fluoride is a kind of graphite interlayer compound, which is mainly synthesized from graphite and fluorine. With the development of science and technology, due to its low surface energy, high electrical activity, good lubricity, strong hydrophobicity and oil repellency and unique structural characteristics, it has been used in more and more active materials of batteries, composite materials, sound absorbent materials, etc. Anti-adsorption materials, graphene and graphene fluoride materials and other fields. At the same time, great progress has been made in the synthesis equipment, reaction conditions and raw material properties of graphite fluoride, which plays an important role in the improvement of high efficiency, environmental protection and safety production process of graphite fluoride.
