晶种法制备亚微米纺锤形碳酸钙

【摘要】:采用晶种作为晶形控制剂,采用碳化法制备了亚微米纺锤形碳酸钙。研究了晶种添加量、碳化起始温度等因素对碳酸钙颗粒形貌的影响。采用透射电镜(TEM)、BET法比表面积测试等对样品的形貌和性能进行了表征。结果表明:晶种在碳化过程中具有异相成核作用,提供成核位点,使生成的碳酸钙微晶在其表面生长成纺锤形。在碳化起始温度为30~35℃、晶种添加量为20%(质量分数)条件下,可制备单个颗粒粒径为400~600 nm、长径比为4的亚微米纺锤形碳酸钙。
[Abstract]:Sub-micron spindle-shaped calcium carbonate was prepared by carbonization using seed as crystal shape control agent. The effects of seed addition and carbonation temperature on the morphology of calcium carbonate were studied. The morphology and properties of the samples were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Tem BET method. The results show that the seeds have heterogeneous nucleation in the carbonization process, which provides nucleation sites and makes the resulting calcium carbonate microcrystals grow into spindles on its surface.
