【摘要】:本文以废玻璃粉为原料,CaCO_3为发泡剂,氧化铝纤维为增强剂,采用熔融发泡法制备泡沫玻璃。研究了发泡温度、发泡剂含量、纤维含量等因素对泡沫玻璃性能的影响。采用材料试验机、SEM、阿基米德法分析测试手段,对泡沫玻璃气泡结构、体积密度、气孔率以及抗压强度等进行了表征和分析。结果显示:随着氧化铝纤维含量的增加,泡沫玻璃的强度提高,气孔逐渐减小,均匀性变差。当氧化铝纤维含量为5%,发泡剂含量4%,烧结温度为820℃时,样品的平均抗压强度为3.5MPa、抗折强度为1.6MPa、气孔率为84%。
[Abstract]:In this paper, foamed glass was prepared by melting foaming method with waste glass powder as raw material CaCO3 as foaming agent and alumina fiber as reinforcer. The effects of foaming temperature, foaming agent content and fiber content on the properties of foamed glass were studied. The bubble structure, bulk density, porosity and compressive strength of foamed glass were characterized and analyzed by means of material testing machine (SEM) and Archimedes method. The results show that with the increase of alumina fiber content, the strength of foamed glass increases, the porosity decreases and the uniformity becomes worse.
