绿色供应链下供应商参与的模型构建:来自陶瓷企业的实证研究

【摘要】:供应商关系的构建逐渐从传统供应链向绿色供应链过渡,企业在供应商管理方面取得了长足的进步。然而,生态文明带来的影响力越来越凸显,绿色化供应链中供应商参与已成为企业发展的重要方面。本文提出了一个基于客户需要、供应商前期介入、合作模式和收益分配的概念模型来解释绿色供应链下供应商的参与行为。该框架和假设采用偏最小二乘法,以陶瓷企业的调查数据为样本进行假设检验。在此基础上,提出了加大纵向溢出效应,增加介入研发合作供应商数量、持续改进生产工艺,遵循环保质量标准、强化知识交流与资源共享,建立绿色供应商成长体系等政策建议。
[Abstract]:The construction of supplier relationship has gradually changed from traditional supply chain to green supply chain, and enterprises have made great progress in supplier management. However, the influence of ecological civilization is becoming more and more prominent. Supplier participation in green supply chain has become an important aspect of enterprise development. This paper proposes a conceptual model based on customer needs, supplier involvement, cooperation model and profit allocation to explain the supplier's participation behavior in green supply chain. The frame and hypothesis are tested by partial least square method and the sample of survey data of ceramic enterprises. On this basis, it is proposed to increase vertical spillover effect, increase the number of suppliers involved in R & D cooperation, continuously improve production process, follow environmental protection quality standards, strengthen knowledge exchange and resource sharing. Establish green supplier growth system and other policy recommendations.
