光纤用四氯化硅制备研究进展

【摘要】：重点介绍了光纤用四氯化硅的制备工艺,包括精馏法、吸附法、部分水解法、光氯化法、等离子法以及这些方法的组合。对比分析了上述方法的优缺点,展望了光纤四氯化硅制备工艺的发展方向。此外,还简要介绍了光纤用四氯化硅的应用及经济概况。
[Abstract]:The preparation process of silicon tetrachloride for optical fiber is introduced, including distillation, adsorption, partial hydrolysis, photochlorination, plasma and the combination of these methods. The advantages and disadvantages of the above methods are compared and analyzed, and the development trend of the preparation process of optical fiber silicon tetrachloride is prospected. In addition, the application and economic situation of silicon tetrachloride for optical fiber are briefly introduced.
