硫酸盐光亮镀锡添加剂筛选及工艺优化研究

【摘要】:硫酸盐光亮镀锡工艺因镀层光亮、结晶细致、可焊性好,镀液成分简单,电流效率高,原料易得,操作工艺简单等诸多优点,广泛应用于电子、食品等工业,在国内外得到广泛的关注。我国对光亮镀锡添加剂的研究相对较晚,添加剂种类相对较少,导致镀锡溶液的许多问题还未得到解决,如电镀液不稳定、易浑浊,电镀工作温度区间较窄、添加剂毒性大等问题。因此,有必要开发新的硫酸盐光亮镀锡添加剂及其溶液,改善问题的同时促进镀锡液的国产化。本文通过Hull槽试验和镀液性能检测,确定了硫酸盐光亮镀锡添加剂的组分含量并优化了工艺条件,其最佳组分含量及工艺参数为:硫酸lOOmL/L、硫酸亚锡 30g/L、苄叉丙酮 0.lg/L、NP-10 2mL/L、OP-10 0.5mL/L、烟酸 0.3g/L、苯甲酸1.8 g/L、酒石酸钾钠0.8 g/L、酒石酸3 g/L、草酸3 g/L、抗坏血酸3 g/L、温度20℃、时间5min、电流密度1.5A/dm2。使用该配方及工艺条件获得的镀锡层在Hull槽试验下可以覆盖整个试件,镀层达到二级光亮,并且表面无国标中规定的缺陷。对镀液性能进行了测试,研究表明镀液综合性能良好:稳定性好,自然放置两个月以上不变质;分散能力高达88—94%;覆盖能力高达100%;电流效率接近100%;并且添加剂能增大阴极的极化作用。对镀层性能进行了测试,发现镀层与基体间的结合力和可焊性都比较好,两者均达到国家标准。SEM测试结果表明镀层全区平整、均匀,没有出现由于析氢产生条纹状从而造成镀层起伏不平、表面粗糙等问题,晶粒细小且密集。
