棉秆炭制备的多目标优化研究

【摘要】:为了开发生物质棉秆炭,研究了棉秆炭化期间热解的失重过程,测试了棉秆炭的力学和能量指标,分析了其变化规律。研究发现:随着炭化温度和时间的增加,棉秆炭的制炭率和能量得率均下降,棉秆炭的剪切强度、压缩强度、热值和相对能量密度均增加,且炭化参数与棉秆炭品质存在二阶非线性的函数关系。利用极小极大法对棉秆炭各品质指标进行多目标优化,得出332℃炭化3 h 47 min时棉秆炭各品质指标最优,实测其制炭率为39.08%,剪切强度为0.61 MPa,压缩强度为2.22 MPa,热值为25.62 MJ,能量密度为153.79%,能量得率为59.97%,与预测值相差不大。
[Abstract]:In order to develop biomass cotton stalk carbon, the weight loss process of pyrolysis during the carbonization of cotton stalk was studied. The mechanical and energy indexes of cotton stalk carbon were tested and its variation law was analyzed. It was found that with the increase of carbonization temperature and time, the carbon production rate and energy yield of cotton stalk carbon decreased, and the shear strength, compression strength, calorific value and relative energy density of cotton stalk carbon increased. The carbonization parameters have a second order nonlinear function relationship with the carbon quality of cotton stalk. The optimum quality indexes of cotton stalk carbon were obtained when carbonized at 332 鈩,
