钢铁酸洗废液制备氧化铁红新技术

【摘要】:钢铁酸洗废液的污染是环境保护和资源再利用的重要问题。钢铁废酸洗液因为具有流动性大,危害性大等特点,因此更难治理。为了保护环境和减少浪费,国内外众多学者和研究人员对如何处理钢铁废酸进行了长期研究,但都存在着缺点和不足。本文突破传统的钢铁废酸洗液处理模式,对钢铁废酸洗液采用资源化无害综合处理方案。氧化铁红是第二大无机颜料,仅次于钛白颜料,应用领域很广,因此本文选择利用钢铁酸洗废液合成氧化铁红。本文主要以钢铁酸洗废液和氢氧化钠为原料,利用空气将钢铁酸洗废液中的亚铁离子氧化成氧化铁黄,通过煅烧铁黄进一步制备氧化铁红。为了制备纯度较高的氧化铁红,本文首先对钢铁酸洗废液所含杂质进行分析和除杂处理,并探讨了氧化铁红的制备工艺。研究了初始Fe2+浓度、空气流量、晶种制备时间等条件对晶种制备的影响;研究了晶种浓度、碱比、空气流量和氧化时间对铁黄制备的影响;并研究了煅烧温度和煅烧时间对铁红制备的影响。获得最佳工艺条件:晶种制备阶段,氧化温度30℃,碱比为0.5,空气流量1.5 L/min,反应时间120 min;二步氧化阶段,晶种比1:3,调节溶液的pH在2.5-3.0之间,通气量2 L/min,16h后得到铁黄粉末;铁黄800℃煅烧2 h得到铁红。采用扫描电子显微镜和、射线衍射仪和透射电子显微镜等分析手段对产物的结构和形貌进行表征,制备出氧化铁红产品基本符合国家颜料标准,其纯度高达97.3%。酸洗废液制备氧化铁红新技术不仅从根本上解决了环境污染,同时又变废为宝,获得高附加值的氧化铁作为经济回报,实现对资源的充分利用。新技术工艺简单、容易操作,对以后进行工业化生产具有重要的指导意义。
[Abstract]:The pollution of iron and steel pickling waste liquor is an important problem of environmental protection and resource reuse. Iron and steel acid washing liquid is more difficult to control because of its high fluidity and harmfulness. In order to protect the environment and reduce waste, many scholars and researchers at home and abroad have carried out long-term research on the treatment of iron and steel waste acid, but all of them have shortcomings and shortcomings. This paper breaks through the traditional treatment mode of iron and steel waste acid washing liquid, and adopts the comprehensive treatment scheme of recycling and harmless treatment of iron and steel waste acid washing liquid. Iron oxide red is the second largest inorganic pigment, second only to titanium white pigment, and has a wide range of applications. Therefore, iron oxide red is synthesized from iron and steel acid pickling waste liquid in this paper. In this paper, iron and steel pickling waste liquor and sodium hydroxide were used as raw materials to oxidize ferrous ions in iron and steel pickling waste liquor to iron oxide yellow, and iron oxide red was further prepared by calcining iron yellow. In order to prepare iron oxide red with high purity, the impurity in iron and steel pickling waste liquor was analyzed and the preparation process of iron oxide red was discussed. The effects of initial Fe2 concentration, air flow rate and seed preparation time on the preparation of iron yellow were studied, and the effects of seed concentration, alkali ratio, air flow rate and oxidation time on the preparation of iron yellow were studied. The effects of calcination temperature and calcination time on the preparation of iron red were studied.
