机制生土砖抗压强度试验方法研究

【摘要】:参照GB/T 2542—2012《砌墙砖试验方法》,对复掺纤维与水泥、单掺水泥、单掺砂等3种尺寸为240 mm×115 mm×90 mm的30个改性机制生土砖试件进行抗压强度试验,从试件的破坏形态、荷载-位移曲线、极限强度以及数据分布情况等方面考察试验方法的可行性。研究表明:3种试件在该试验方法下强度值分布合理,受力过程、破坏形态符合生土块材轴心受压规律,抗压强度数据整体表现稳定,表明按GB/T 2542—2012得出的结果能真实反映机制生土砖的抗压强度,可作为机制生土砖的抗压强度标准试验方法。
[Abstract]:With reference to GB/T 2542-2012, the compressive strength tests of 30 modified raw soil brick specimens with the size of 240mm 脳 115mm 脳 90mm were carried out. The feasibility of the test method was investigated in terms of load-displacement curve, ultimate strength and data distribution. The results show that the strength distribution of the three kinds of specimens is reasonable, the stress process and the failure pattern are in accordance with the axial compression law of raw soil blocks, and the compressive strength data are stable as a whole. It is shown that the results obtained from GB/T 2542-2012 can truly reflect the compressive strength of machine-made soil bricks and can be used as the standard test methods for the compressive strength of machine-made soil bricks.
