赣州七里镇窑出土宋代青白瓷胎釉化学组成的EDXRF分析研究

【摘要】:赣州七里镇窑作为宋元时期江西四大名窑之一,在中国陶瓷史具有举足轻重的地位。然而查阅七里镇窑相关文献,发现关于七里镇窑的科技研究非常少。本研究以赣州七里镇窑出土宋代青白瓷为研究对象,利用能量色散X射线荧光光谱分析仪对19件北宋、南宋七里镇窑青白瓷样品的胎、釉化学组成进行了测试分析,初步探讨了北宋早期、北宋中晚期、南宋时期赣州七里镇窑青白瓷的组成和工艺特征,对比分析当地瓷石原料发现,七里镇窑相对景德镇窑可能更早地引入了含铝较高的粘土类原料开始了二元配方制瓷的历史。
[Abstract]:As one of the four famous kilns in Jiangxi during the Song and Yuan dynasties, Qili Town Kiln in Ganzhou plays an important role in the history of Chinese ceramics. However, referring to the relevant literature of Qili kiln, we find that there is very little scientific and technological research on Qili kiln. In this study, the blue and white porcelain of Song Dynasty was unearthed in Qili Town Kiln, Ganzhou, and 19 samples of blue and white porcelain in Northern Song Dynasty and Southern Song Dynasty were tested and analyzed by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. The composition and technological characteristics of Qilizhen kiln celadon porcelain in early Northern Song Dynasty, Middle and late Northern Song Dynasty and Southern Song Dynasty were discussed, and the discovery of local porcelain stone raw materials were compared and analyzed. Compared with Jingdezhen kiln, Qilizhen kiln introduced clay materials with high Al content earlier and began the history of making porcelain with binary formula.
