钙源种类和煅烧温度对合成片状六铝酸钙的影响

【摘要】:为研究钙源种类和煅烧温度对制备高纯度片状六铝酸钙(CA_6)的影响,以活性氧化铝为铝源,分别以方解石、Secar 71水泥和Al-80水泥为钙源,按CA_6的理论化学计量比配料,混匀、成型后,在高温炉中分别于1 350、1 400、1 450、1 500、1 550、1 600和1 650℃保温3 h,然后利用XRD、SEM及EDS分析合成产物中CA_6的含量、发育状况及结晶形态。结果表明:1)以方解石和Secar 71水泥为钙源时,1 550℃煅烧3 h可获得最多的CA_6;以Al-80水泥为钙源时,1 600℃煅烧3 h可获得最多的CA_6。2)1 550℃煅烧3 h后,以方解石为钙源的试样中CA_6为片状,而以Secar 71水泥为钙源的试样中的CA_6多呈棒状、不规则形状和圆粒状,只有少量呈片状。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of calcium sources and calcination temperature on the preparation of high purity calcium hexaaluminate (CA6), the active alumina was used as aluminum source, and calcite Secar71 cement and Al-80 cement were used as calcium source respectively.
