基于C60的钢管混凝土配合比优化试验研究

【摘要】:针对当前土木工程建筑中用到的钢管混凝土结构存在钢管与混凝土脱空率较高,不能有效发挥出钢管和混凝土的优势这一核心问题,结合某工业建筑中钢管混凝土配合比研究,优化考虑了钢管与混凝土之间的黏结行为,采用了基于C60混凝土作为基本材料,进行了配合比的优化研究,获得了一类优化的配合比数据。经过实际工程的检验和力学试验分析,表明此类配合比满足工程需求,具有强度高、填充性能好、收缩率低等优点,对于在同类钢管混凝土工程中运用,有重要的工程价值。
[Abstract]:In view of the core problem that concrete filled steel tube (CFST) structure used in civil engineering buildings has a high void ratio between steel tube and concrete, which can not effectively bring the advantages of steel tube and concrete into full play, this paper studies the mix ratio of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) in a certain industrial building. The bonding behavior between steel tube and concrete is considered in this paper. Based on C60 concrete as the basic material, the optimization of mix ratio is studied, and a class of optimized mix ratio data are obtained. Through the examination of practical engineering and mechanical test analysis, it is shown that this kind of mix ratio meets the engineering requirements, has the advantages of high strength, good filling performance and low shrinkage rate, and has important engineering value for the application of similar concrete filled steel tube projects.
