激发剂组成对碱激发-矿渣水泥砂浆变形及力学性能的影响

【摘要】:系统研究了不同模数和含固量的Na_2SiO_3/NaOH复合激发剂溶液对水胶比为0.55的碱激发-矿渣水泥砂浆凝结时间、化学收缩、自收缩和抗压强度的影响,并使用XRF,XRD,MBET等分析方法表征分析了矿渣样品。结果表明,矿渣主要由无定形态SiO_2组成,具有较高的反应活性。与同水胶比水泥砂浆相比,尽管具有相近的7 d化学收缩,然而碱激发-矿渣水泥砂浆的自收缩和抗压强度均远大于水泥砂浆。不同激发剂组成对碱激发-矿渣水泥砂浆的变形及力学性能均有显著地影响,其自收缩随激发剂模数的增大而降低,随含固量的增大先增大后减小。
[Abstract]:The effects of Na_2SiO_3/NaOH complex activator solution with different modulus and solid content on the setting time, chemical shrinkage, autogenous shrinkage and compressive strength of slag cement mortar with water-binder ratio of 0.55 were studied systematically. The slag samples were characterized and analyzed by XRF- XRD- MBET and other analytical methods. The results show that the slag is mainly composed of amorphous SiO_2 and has high reaction activity. Compared with the cement mortar with the same water-binder ratio, although it has a similar chemical shrinkage in 7 days, the autogenous shrinkage and compressive strength of the alkali activated slag cement mortar are much higher than that of the cement mortar. The composition of different activators has a significant effect on the deformation and mechanical properties of alkali activated slag cement mortar. The autogenous shrinkage decreases with the increase of the modulus of activator and then decreases with the increase of solid content.
