重晶石熟料水浸过程热力学及动力学分析

【摘要】:重晶石熟料水浸工艺是重晶石碳热还原法制备钡盐产品的关键环节,对重晶石熟料水浸过程热力学及动力学进行了研究。结果表明,重晶石熟料水浸过程主要有硫化钡的水解反应,二氧化碳与氢氧化钡生成碳酸钡的反应;该水浸反应属于液-固相非催化反应,符合缩芯模型,表观活化能Ea为39629.57J/mol,指前因子K0为4840.0484/min。
[Abstract]:The water leaching process of barite clinker is a key step in the preparation of barium salt products by barite carbothermal reduction. The thermodynamics and kinetics of barite clinker leaching process are studied in this paper. The results show that the water leaching process of barite clinker mainly includes the hydrolysis of barium sulphide and the reaction of carbon dioxide with barium hydroxide to form barium carbonate, which belongs to the liquid-solid phase non-catalytic reaction and accords with the model of shrinking core. The apparent activation energy (EA) is 39629.57 J / mol and the preexponential factor K0 is 4840.0484 / min.
