一步常压酸化法制备无水硫酸钙晶须

【摘要】:以生石膏为原料,一步常压酸化法制备无水硫酸钙晶须。采用单因素条件实验研究了反应温度、反应时间、浓盐酸与水的体积比对产物的影响,并借助X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)对样品进行了表征。实验结果表明:在反应温度为70℃、反应时间为4 h、浓盐酸和水的体积比为4∶1的条件下,一步法制备出了长度为10~20μm、直径为0.1~0.3μm的无水硫酸钙晶须。
[Abstract]:Anhydrous calcium sulfate whisker was prepared from raw gypsum by one step acidification under atmospheric pressure. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and volume ratio of concentrated hydrochloric acid to water on the product were studied by single factor experiments. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The experimental results show that the anhydrous calcium sulfate whiskers with 10 渭 m in length and 0.3 渭 m in diameter have been prepared by one-step method under the conditions of 70 鈩,
