抗泥型聚羧酸高性能减水剂的合成及其对混凝土中砂含泥量适应性研究

【摘要】:以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵与甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚、丙烯酸等单体共聚制备了一种新型聚羧酸系高性能减水剂母液,通过实验得到最佳合成工艺为:n(丙烯酸)∶n(TPEG2000)=4.0∶1.0,DADMAC用量为单体总物质的量的20%,反应温度70℃,反应时间3.0~3.5 h。该减水剂可有效解决砂含泥量过高造成混凝土工作性下降的问题,对混凝土砂石料的适应性强,并具有良好的增强和保坍性。
