多孔镁基板上纳米厚度氢氧化镁叠片的水热合成研究(英文)

【摘要】:通过水热法在烧结的多孔镁基板上制备了纳米厚度的氢氧化镁(Mg(OH)_2)叠片。分别用SEM及XRD表征了水热合成过程中基板的形貌和物相变化。结果表明,将水热合成的反应时间控制在20~40 min之内,可以制备出具有100 nm左右厚度的、不同紧密程度的Mg(OH)_2叠片。水热合成的反应时间超过40 min,Mg(OH)_2叠片将会逐渐从基板表面生长合并为块状晶体。同时,对水热反应过程中氢氧化镁晶体的形核和长大机理进行了探讨。
[Abstract]:Nanocrystalline magnesium hydroxide (MgOHJ _ 2) laminated on sintered porous magnesium substrate was prepared by hydrothermal method. The morphology and phase change of substrate during hydrothermal synthesis were characterized by SEM and XRD, respectively. The results show that when the reaction time of hydrothermal synthesis is controlled within 20 ~ 40 min, MgO _ H _ H _ 2O _ 2 with thickness of about 100nm can be prepared. The reaction time of hydrothermal synthesis is more than 40 min MgO / OHH\ -2 stack will gradually grow from the substrate surface to form a bulk crystal. At the same time, the nucleation and growth mechanism of magnesium hydroxide crystals during hydrothermal reaction were discussed.
