2D-90组合压缩机管路振动分析研究

【摘要】:往复式压缩机作为石油化工生产中提升气体压力和输送的核心装备,是在众多工业领域中普遍使用的机械。而往复式压缩机管路的振动量又是评定其安全的主要标准之一,所以对其管路振动问题的研究工作有重大工程价值和经济效益。本文围绕2D-90组合压缩机来研究管路系统振动理论及方法,具体内容如下:1.分析了压缩机管路振动的3个方面原因:(1)由气流脉动引起的管路振动;(2)管路系统发生共振引起的管路振动;(3)机体振动带动管路振动。应用平面波动理论和转移矩阵法对2D-90组合压缩机管路的脉动值进行计算,得到压缩机管线各节点的脉动情况。2.根据声电模拟法,建立出2D-90组合压缩机管路的等效电路。使用MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真软件对往复压缩机管路气柱固有频率进行仿真计算。将计算所得的气柱固有频率值与压缩机激发频率对比,验证了管道不发生气柱共振。3.应用CAESARⅡ在不同工况对压缩机管道系统进行了静态应力的分析,提取出应力幅值,管道支架应力等结果,分析其稳定性。再对管道进行动态响应分析,得到管道系统的机械固有频率。综合分析结果,提出了管路修改的方案。最后将所得到的管道动应力最大值和振动位移值与API-618标准进行校核。4.进行了2D-90组合压缩机管道振动实验,得到压缩机管线实际振动位移的最大值,并与管道仿真分析结果相对比。最后给出了管道系结构的优化方法和控制振动的措施。
[Abstract]:Reciprocating compressors are widely used in many industrial fields as the core equipment for raising gas pressure and conveying in petrochemical production. The vibration of reciprocating compressor pipeline is one of the main criteria to evaluate its safety, so the research on the vibration of reciprocating compressor pipeline has great engineering value and economic benefit. In this paper, the vibration theory and method of pipeline system are studied around 2D-90 combined compressor. The concrete contents are as follows: 1. This paper analyses three aspects of the compressor pipeline vibration: (1) the pipeline vibration caused by the air flow pulsation. (2) the pipeline vibration caused by the resonance of the pipeline system; (3) the airframe vibration drives the pipe line vibration. By using the theory of plane wave and the transfer matrix method, the pulsation value of the pipeline of 2D-90 combined compressor is calculated, and the pulsation of every node of the compressor pipeline is obtained. The equivalent circuit of 2 D-90 combined compressor is established according to the method of acoustic-electric simulation. Using MATLAB / Simulink simulation software, the natural frequency of reciprocating compressor pipeline is simulated and calculated. Comparing the calculated natural frequency of the gas column with the excitation frequency of the compressor, it is verified that there is no gas column resonance. 3.
