污泥与建筑废弃物烧结自保温砖试验研究

【摘要】:研究了利用污泥和建筑废弃物制备烧结砖的方法,对比了污泥掺量、烧结温度和冲头压强对烧结砖性能的影响。实验表明,烧结砖中污泥最佳掺量为9%,最佳冲头压强为16 MPa,最佳烧结温度为1050℃左右,在此条件下制备的多孔烧结砖平均抗压强度大于11.2 MPa,符合GB 13544—2000《烧结多孔砖》中MU10级的要求。
[Abstract]:The method of making sintered brick from sludge and construction waste was studied. The effects of sludge content, sintering temperature and punch pressure on the properties of sintered brick were compared. The experimental results show that the optimum sludge content in the sintered brick is 9, the optimum punch pressure is 16 MPA, and the best sintering temperature is about 1050 鈩,
