新型双氧水工作液的开发与应用

【摘要】:从双氧水的行业现状、工作液中工作载体、工作溶剂体系三方面阐述了新型工作液的研究进展及其应用方向。首先讨论了国内蒽醌法生产装置较低的生产能力与双氧水日益增长的需求之间存在的矛盾;基于这一现状指出新型工作液具有如下优势:能够大幅提高双氧水的产能并有效解决上述矛盾。随后,详细总结了常用的工作载体和工作溶剂,分析了生产过程对双氧水工作液的要求,并讨论了新型双氧水工作液在现有装置和新建装置上的应用方向。最后,结合从蒽醌法出现以来双氧水工作液的演变历程,指出新型双氧水工作液将朝着生产能力更高、能耗更低、耗时更短、设备负荷更小且毒性更低、废水更易处理的方向发展,并展望了新型工作液广阔的发展空间和应用前景。
[Abstract]:From the current situation of hydrogen peroxide industry, working fluid in the working fluid and the working solvent system, the research progress and application direction of the new working fluid are expounded. The contradiction between the low production capacity of the domestic anthraquinone production unit and the increasing demand for hydrogen peroxide is discussed first. Based on this situation, the new working liquid is pointed out. It has the following advantages: can greatly improve the capacity of hydrogen peroxide and effectively solve the above contradictions. Then, the common work carrier and working solvent are summed up in detail. The requirements of the hydrogen peroxide working fluid in the production process are analyzed, and the application direction of the new hydrogen peroxide working liquid on the existing equipment and new equipment is discussed. Finally, it combines with anthraquinone. The evolution of hydrogen peroxide working fluid since the emergence of the method indicates that the new hydrogen peroxide working fluid will be higher in production capacity, lower energy consumption, shorter time consumption, less equipment load and lower toxicity, more easy treatment of wastewater, and prospects for the wide development space and application prospects of the new working fluid.
