单分散纺锤形超细碳酸钙的制备

【摘要】:添加六偏磷酸钠作晶形控制剂,用碳化法制备了单分散纺锤形超细碳酸钙。采用透射电镜表征了碳酸钙的形貌,探讨了晶形控制剂的作用,并考察了不同工艺条件包括碳化反应温度、晶形控制剂的加入时间及添加量对碳酸钙形貌的影响。结果表明:六偏磷酸钠可以促进晶体成核,诱导碳酸钙晶体主要沿c轴生长,提高碳酸钙颗粒间的分散性;在碳化起始温度为40℃、碳化反应进行15~25 min时添加1.5%~2%的六偏磷酸钠,制得了粒径为0.7~1.0μm、长径比约为5的单分散纺锤形超细碳酸钙。
[Abstract]:The monodisperse spindle-shaped ultrafine calcium carbonate was prepared by carbonization with sodium hexametaphosphate as crystal shape control agent. The morphology of calcium carbonate was characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM), and the effect of crystal shape control agent on the morphology of calcium carbonate was investigated. The effects of different process conditions, such as carbonation reaction temperature, adding time and amount of crystal shape control agent, on the morphology of calcium carbonate were investigated. The results show that sodium hexametaphosphate can promote crystal nucleation, induce calcium carbonate crystal to grow along c axis, improve the dispersion of calcium carbonate particles, and add 1.5% sodium hexametaphosphate when carbonation temperature is 40 鈩,
