氯气吸收工艺过程改造与设计

【摘要】:本文通过对恒盛工厂现有氯气吸收系统的调查、分析,以及对氯气吸收的工艺、设备及气体吸收的理论研究,并结合工厂的实际运营情况,我们开发了氯气回用和氯气吸收的组合优化方案。首先,以水作为吸收剂,选用GX500-20型号石墨块孔型降膜吸收器,将尾气中的HCl气体吸收制成30%浓度的盐酸,供生产其它工序使用;尾气经水吸收去除HC1后,采用水喷射器将此部分混合气体压缩到0.06-0.07MPa,直接供生产系统回用;当生产系统不需回收氯气时,通过自控装置将此部分尾气输送到氯气吸收系统进行吸收,副产次氯酸钠。对于氯气的吸收,考虑到恒盛化工的生产属于典型的间歇式精细化工生产,尾气排放量波动很大,传统的双塔吸收工艺不适合恒盛化工间歇式生产方式。通过研究,在双塔吸收工艺基础上建立了三塔间歇吸收模型,并开发了针对三塔间歇吸收模型喷淋量的计算方法。对恒盛氯气吸收系统的改造结果证明,吸收系统满负荷运转时,三塔间歇吸收模型的吸收效率和能力能够满足生产要求;尾气排放达到国家环保标准;并且有效氯含量能够达到10%以上,达到吸收液作为次氯酸钠副产销售的指标;较原氯气吸收装置,提高液碱的利用率10%,吸收成本降低约30%。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation and analysis of the existing chlorine absorption system in Hengsheng factory, and the theoretical study of the process of chlorine absorption, the theoretical study of the absorption of equipment and gas, combined with the actual operation of the factory, we have developed a combination optimization scheme for the reuse of chlorine gas and the absorption of chlorine gas. First, the GX500-20 type graphite block hole is selected with water as absorbent. Type falling film absorber, the HCl gas in the tail gas is absorbed into 30% concentration of hydrochloric acid to be used in other processes. After the tail gas is absorbed by water to remove HC1, a water ejector is used to compress this part of the mixture to 0.06-0.07MPa, which is directly used for the production system. When the production system does not need to recover chlorine gas, this part is carried out through the automatic control device. The gas is transported to the absorption system of chlorine gas and the by-product of sodium hypochlorite. For the absorption of chlorine gas, it is considered that the production of Hengsheng chemical production belongs to the typical batch fine chemical production, the emission of the tail gas fluctuates very much. The traditional Twin Towers absorption process is not suitable for the Hengsheng chemical batch production mode. Through the study, the Twin Towers absorption process is based on the research. The Three Pagoda intermittent absorption model was established, and the calculation method for the spray amount of the three pylon intermittent absorption model was developed. The results of the transformation of the constant chlorine gas absorption system proved that the absorption efficiency and capacity of the three pylon intermittent absorption model could meet the production requirements when the absorption system was full load, and the exhaust emission reached the national environmental protection standard. And the content of effective chlorine can reach more than 10%, and the absorption solution can be used as an index of the by-product of sodium hypochlorite, and the utilization rate of liquid base is 10% and the absorption cost is reduced by about 30%. compared with the original chlorine absorption device.
