利用热压工艺试制块状高导热石墨

【摘要】:以天然鳞片石墨为骨料,煤焦油沥青为黏结剂,混捏成糊料后装入特制的模具,在加压的状态下对模具和糊料进行通电加热,在6~10 min之内温度升高到1 400℃,入水冷却后得到块状高导热石墨。石墨块尺寸为460 mm×230 mm×135 mm,垂直于压力方向的室温导热系数达到378 W/(m·K)。
