新型混碾机结构改进设计及开发应用

【摘要】:最近几年我国建筑地产行业迅猛发展,国家限制和禁止实心粘土砖的生产,粉煤灰蒸压砖变废为宝,成为目前新型墙体材料的主导产品。在粉煤灰蒸压砖的坯料制备过程中,各种物料经过配料搅拌制成混合料后,要经过一道必不可少的工序——混碾机碾压破碎。旧式轮碾机的缺点是刮板机构简单,碾轮较大,搅拌不够均匀,碾压时间长,生产效率低,能源消耗大。为了解决以上问题,近年来,世界各国都致力于研究和生产各种类型高效率轮碾机。新型混碾机是一种传统的物料粉碎和混合设备。它主要结构是上部中央行星变速箱连接一对碾轮,一对内外刮板,一对自转搅拌转子,利用碾盘平面与碾轮圆柱面产生的压力与剪切力,将物料碾碎,同时上部变速箱带动碾轮内外侧刮板公转时,自转转子又进行自转,这样就兼备了碾揉和拌合的作用。由于这种新型混碾机具有碾压搓揉与搅拌均匀两项功能,在原料处理时对颗粒大小的控制非常容易操作,所以到目前为止它任然是处理建材,耐材,陶瓷,化工等许多行业粉料最为常用的设备。新型混碾机创新结构特点是:①加设了行星转子机构,实现了既有公转又有自转的回转搅拌功能,搅拌轨迹复杂,搅拌均匀度高。②上部通过加设一套行星齿轮系实现了碾轮,搅拌刮板,行星铲刀整个行星架的公转与转子的自转由一台电机驱动实现,大大精简了机械结构和能源消耗成本。③如果特殊行业小颗粒原料处理需要,可增设密封上盖,和夹层盘边,底板。将加水加料装置全部集成在上盖之上,夹层盘边和底板处,可植入热循环管路,用导热油,或者热蒸汽来实现加热功能.整机可以同时具备防尘,防刺激气体挥发,加热,冷凝等多项功能。经过重新设计升级改造后的新型混碾机功能齐全,生产率可提高2-3倍,改变了过去很多同类老式机型只有单纯碾压破碎或者单纯搅拌功能的落后现状,大大增加了设备应用范围,结构精简合理,总重量降低,大大节约了原料成本和能耗成本,可节省电能30%左右。节约了社会资源.配套现在电气控制柜后操作使用方便,安装维护简单。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction and real estate industry of our country has developed rapidly, the state has restricted and prohibited the production of solid clay brick, and the fly ash autoclaved brick has become the leading product of the new wall material at present. In the process of preparing the blank of fly ash autoclaved brick, after mixing all kinds of materials to make the mixture, it is necessary to pass through a necessary process-the mixing mill to crush and crush the mixture. The disadvantages of the old wheel mill are that the scraper is simple, the wheel is large, the stirring is not uniform, the rolling time is long, the production efficiency is low, and the energy consumption is large. In order to solve the above problems, in recent years, countries all over the world are committed to the research and production of various types of high-efficiency wheel mills. The new mixing mill is a kind of traditional material crushing and mixing equipment. The main structure is that the upper central planetary gearbox is connected with a pair of grinding wheels, a pair of internal and external scrapers, a pair of rotating stirring rotors, and the material is crushed by the pressure and shear force generated by the disc plane and the cylindrical surface of the grinding wheel. At the same time, when the upper gearbox drives the rotary wheel inside and outside the scraper, the rotor rotates again, so it has the function of rolling and mixing. Because this new type of mixer has the functions of compacting and mixing evenly, the control of particle size is very easy to operate in the processing of raw materials, so far it has been used to deal with building materials, refractory materials and ceramics. Chemical industry and many other industries powder most commonly used equipment. The innovative structure of the new mixing mill is characterized by the addition of a planetary rotor mechanism to the new mixer, which realizes the rotary stirring function of both rotation and rotation. The mixing track is complex, and the upper part of the mixing machine with high mixing uniformity .2 realizes the grinding wheel by adding a planetary gear system. The rotation of the whole planetary frame and the rotation of the rotor are driven by a single motor, which greatly simplifies the mechanical structure and the cost of energy consumption. 3. If a special industry needs to deal with small particles of raw materials, an additional seal cover can be added. And sandwich plate edge, bottom plate. All the water feeding devices are integrated on the upper cover, the edge of the sandwich plate and the bottom plate can be inserted into the heat circulation pipeline, and the heating function can be realized by heat conduction oil or hot steam. The machine can also have dustproof, anti-volatile gas, heating, condensation and other functions. After redesigning and upgrading, the new type of mixer has complete functions and can increase its productivity 2-3 times. It has changed the backward situation in the past when many of the old models of the same type had only simple crushing or mixing functions. The application range of the equipment is greatly increased, the structure is simplified and reasonable, the total weight is reduced, the cost of raw material and energy consumption are greatly saved, and the electric energy can be saved by about 30%. Social resources have been saved. Supporting now electrical control cabinet after the operation and easy to use, easy to install and maintain.
