六面顶压机冷却水水温控制系统的设计

【摘要】:研究了一种以控制冷却水温度来提高金刚石合成质量的方法。设计了DS18B20温度采集电路、通讯电路、步进电机驱动电路等硬件实现部分。采用步进电机加减速算法,实现了以STM32为控制核心的步进电机匀加减速运动。通过实验获得了冷却水流量和出水口温度与流量调节阀开度的变化关系。在时变的、非线性、纯滞后的水温控制系统中,采用了多模态PID算法,处理了复杂大惯性系统中调节速度快、超调小难以兼得的问题。实验结果表明,该系统最大超调量2.5%,控制精度可达±2℃。
[Abstract]:A method of improving diamond synthesis quality by controlling cooling water temperature was studied. The hardware realization of DS18B20 temperature acquisition circuit, communication circuit and stepper motor drive circuit are designed. Step motor acceleration and deceleration algorithm is used to realize the stepper motor with STM32 as the control core. The relationship between cooling water flow and outlet temperature and the opening of flow regulating valve is obtained by experiment. In the water temperature control system with time-varying, nonlinear and pure time delay, the multimodal pid algorithm is used to deal with the problem that the adjustment speed is fast and the overshoot is difficult to be obtained simultaneously in the complex large inertia system. The experimental results show that the maximum overshoot of the system is 2.5 and the control accuracy is 卤2 鈩,
