泡沫镍载钌催化剂硼氢化钠水解制氢性能研究

【摘要】:针对硼氢化钠粉末状制氢催化剂易流失、物料传输难、反应产物易覆盖、催化剂利用率低的问题,采用化学镀制备了泡沫镍负载的Ru催化剂,借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能量散射光谱(EDS)、X射线光电子光谱法(XPS)等技术分析了泡沫镍载Ru催化剂使用前后的微观形貌结构与表面元素组分,研究了镀液浓度、镀液温度、硼氢化钠反应液温度对催化剂的催化制氢活性的影响,剖析了催化剂循环使用过程中活性衰减的原因。结果表明:泡沫镍载体的使用提高了Ru催化剂的催化活性,有效地改善了NaBH_4水解制氢体系中反应物和产物的物料传输,催化反应的活化能为40.8kJ/mol。循环使用20次后,催化剂的催化活性仍为初次活性的76.3%,显示了良好的催化稳定性。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems of sodium borohydride powder catalyst for hydrogen production, which is easy to lose, difficult to transport, easy to cover the reaction products and low utilization of catalyst, the Ru catalyst supported on nickel foam was prepared by electroless plating. By means of scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy scattering spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), the microstructure and surface element composition of nickel foam Ru catalyst before and after application were analyzed. The concentration of bath and bath temperature were studied. The effect of the reaction temperature of sodium borohydride on the catalytic activity of the catalyst for hydrogen production was studied. The results show that the catalytic activity of Ru catalyst is improved by the use of nickel foam carrier, and the material transport of reactants and products in NaBH4 hydrolysis hydrogen production system is effectively improved. The activation energy of catalytic reaction is 40.8 kJ / mol. After 20 cycles, the catalytic activity of the catalyst is 76.3wt% of the initial activity, which shows good catalytic stability.
