氯化盐体系对β-SiC形貌影响的研究

【摘要】:碳化硅以其优异的性能广泛应用于航空航天、军工、冶金、化工、能源和机械等领域。采用熔盐法,以β-Si C为原料,复合氯盐(Na Cl-KCl)为熔盐,研究了熔盐各种工艺参数的变化对碳化硅形貌、振实密度和粉体粒径等的影响。实验结果表明,Na Cl-KCl熔盐体系配比为m(Si C)∶m(Na Cl-KCl)=1∶1.2、温度为800℃、保温时间为10 h时,碳化硅粉体整形效果最佳。
[Abstract]:Silicon carbide is widely used in aerospace, military industry, metallurgy, chemical industry, energy and machinery for its excellent performance. The effects of various technological parameters of molten salt on the morphology, vibrational density and particle size of silicon carbide were studied by means of molten salt method, 尾 -Si C as raw material and complex chloride salt (NaCl-KCl) as molten salt.
