氧化铝陶瓷预应力磨削试验研究

【摘要】:基于工程陶瓷二维预压应力磨削方法,进行了氧化铝陶瓷在不同二维预压应力条件下的磨削试验,探究氧化铝陶瓷材料的去除机理和加工损伤。结果表明,相同的磨削深度下,随着二维预压应力值增加,磨削力增大,陶瓷工件磨削表面质量提高,磨削表面的粗糙度降低,亚表面损伤层厚度减小。预压应力使裂纹扩展所需能量增大,从而减少裂纹,提高磨削表面质量。
[Abstract]:Based on the two dimensional precompression stress grinding method of engineering ceramics, the grinding experiments of alumina ceramics under different two dimensional precompression stress conditions were carried out to explore the removal mechanism and processing damage of alumina ceramic materials. The results show that at the same grinding depth, the grinding force increases with the increase of 2-D preloading stress, the grinding surface quality of ceramic workpiece is improved, the roughness of grinding surface is reduced, and the thickness of subsurface damage layer is reduced. Preloading stress increases the energy required for crack growth, thereby reducing cracks and improving grinding surface quality.
