传统玲珑釉的研制与表征

【摘要】：采用单因素实验及三元配料实验法制得碧绿透光、坯釉适应性和釉面效果较好的传统玲珑釉,并对其进行表征。实验结果表明:釉灰对玲珑釉釉面效果的影响最大,影响玲珑釉呈色的主要因素是硅钙摩尔比,优化配方的化学组成为:SiO_2 73.21%,Al_2O_3 15.47%,Fe_2O_3 0.71%,CaO 5.74%,MgO 0.36%,K_2O 2.82%,Na_2O 1.71%;XRD与SEM分析表明:呈色为米白、淡青和碧绿色调的釉烧成后含有石英相,碧绿色调的还有少量鳞石英存在;而呈色为碧绿泛蓝的釉层中除含有石英相和方石英相外,还含有蓝晶石相,这也是其呈泛蓝色的原因。
[Abstract]:The traditional exquisite glaze with green light transmission, green glaze adaptability and glaze surface effect was obtained by single factor experiment and ternary proportioning experiment, and its characterization was carried out. The experimental results show that the main factors affecting the glaze color are the molar ratio of silica to calcium. The chemical composition of the optimized formula is as follows: 1: SiO2O3 15.471CaO 5.74MgO 0.36K2O 2.82Na2O 1.71nm. The results of XRD and SEM analysis show that the color is meter white, and the chemical composition of the optimized formula is as follows:% SiO2O3 15.471CaO 5.74mg O 0.36K2O 2.82Na2O 1.710.The results of XRD and SEM analysis show that the composition of the optimized formula is as follows:% SiO2O30.71CaO 5.74mg O 0.36K2O 2.82Na 2O 1.71U. The glaze in light green and green tone contains quartz phase after firing, and there is a small amount of quartz in green tonal glaze, while the glaze layer with greenish green pan-blue color contains not only quartz phase and calcite phase, but also blue crystal phase. That's why it's pan-blue.
