PVDF超滤膜的制备影响因素研究

【摘要】:采用浸没沉淀相转化法制备了纯聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)平板超滤膜,并对制膜条件进行了讨论,通过对膜的纯水通量、牛血清白蛋白溶液通量和截留率的测试来考察PVDF超滤膜的性能。结果表明:溶剂种类,聚合物浓度,致孔剂浓度,凝固浴的组成和温度,预蒸发时间,刮膜速度及刮膜厚度等因素对膜的制备均有较大影响。
[Abstract]:The pure polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) flat plate ultrafiltration membrane was prepared by immersion precipitation phase inversion method, and the preparation conditions were discussed. The performance of PVDF ultrafiltration membrane was investigated by testing the pure water flux, bovine serum albumin solution flux and retention rate. The results showed that the kinds of solvents, the concentration of polymer, the concentration of pore-forming agent, the composition and temperature of coagulation bath, the time of pre-evaporation, the rate of scraping film and the thickness of scraping film had great influence on the preparation of the film.
