基于比较测量法的冷却循环水系统电导率检测仪研究

【摘要】:电导率检测在冷却循环水系统中有关键性的意义,它可揭示水循环系统中结垢的速度与水质利用率.针对敞开式冷却循环水系统,设计了一套高精度水质检测仪系统,介绍了其传感器模块,提出了利用比较测量法提高电导率测量的稳定性,抑制内部产生的误差和外部的部分干扰,通过去极值平均滤波、一阶惯性滤波方法来减少测量误差,从而得到了一个高精度的电导率检测系统.
[Abstract]:The detection of electrical conductivity is of crucial significance in cooling circulating water system, which can reveal the speed of scaling and the utilization of water quality. According to the open cooling circulating water system, a set of high precision water quality detector system is designed, its sensor module is introduced, and the stability of conductivity measurement is improved by using comparative measurement method. In order to reduce the measurement error by removing the extremum average filter and the first order inertial filtering method, a high precision conductivity detection system is obtained by suppressing the internal error and some external interference.
